CloudFiler’s ‘Filing History’ saves time, identifies bottlenecks and helps you to remain responsive to customers
CloudFiler has been designed to make your work easier. Our latest feature addresses some common questions:
- Has a colleague already filed this email?
- Are new staff filing messages into the right places?
- How quick are incoming emails being dealt with?
We noticed in our own business that users were sometimes uncertain if they needed to file email from colleagues. Had the sender filed it already or should they file it? While CloudFiler doesn’t mind if both people file the message as it automatically de-duplicates, we have now removed the uncertainty by showing you that others have already filed the email you’re looking at.
When you click on an email to read it or when you open it in a separate pop-out window, CloudFiler gets to work to discover: whether it has been filed already, by whom, when and where.
Perhaps you have received an email from a colleague and you’re not sure what project it’s related to? CloudFiler suggests locations based on the filing history, but it will now also tell you the location that the message has already been filed to.
As you are now able now see who is filing the emails, you can easily discover whether new staff are filing emails as instructed and whether they are filing them to the right places too. You can also see when they filed the email and hence whether they are meeting your targets to respond to customers in a timely fashion.
