As part of our standard ‘Set-up’ service we will hold your hand through this, which is typically just one button click.
Our tools include specific methods for Mail Manager, Newforma and Pentagon Mail Assistant. Generic methods support other systems like eFiler, OnePlaceMail and Soup Mail.

The tool remembers what it has done and de-duplicates, so you can run it repeatedly up to the day of the final switch-over and it will hover up the changes.
Our Folder Exporter is handy when you have emails organised into public folders in Outlook.
Our Folder Compactor enables you to simplify your filing structures so that there is just one filing location for each client or project.
