Systems Administrator Zachary Sessum first got in touch because the renewal costs of their old email management system had become prohibitive, and were seeking a more cost-effective alternative.
Simultaneously, they were transitioning their projects to the Egnyte cloud-based storage system, which their old email management system could not support.
Zachary discovered that the migration to CloudFiler was relatively smooth, with one minor obstacle. He explains: “The move to CloudFiler was easy, and the support and training have been excellent. However, we did encounter a brief issue when emails weren't appearing in the Egnyte folders. Luckily, I found out that EML files were blocked by default. Once I disabled that setting, everything worked perfectly.”
Change is not always well received but Zachary notes that “The switch has been well-received as CloudFiler offers significantly more than our previous system and is enjoyable to use. Our firm is happy we made the switch from Mail Manager to CloudFiler.”
