Thread are a Mac based practice. Whilst they were meticulous in their management of emails, ensuring that all correspondence was placed in the appropriate project folder, the process was laborious and searching for emails was time consuming. They had tried to find applications that might help but these were all for Windows and they needed something that would work in their Mac-only environment.

CloudFiler looked like a great fit and did almost everything that they needed, but it’s sync connector which places the filed emails in the right folders, is a Windows application. The solution was to buy a mini PC for around £160 which now handles the process for the whole office.

The product was well received in the office. Feedback has been that it is really easy and pleasant to use - staff took to it immediately. Any minor issues in the early stages due to being the first Mac-only office for CloudFiler were worked through with the technical team at Dinamich. Jen said that they couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive and quickly resolved each issue that arose.
