CloudFiler Australian datacentre now underway

We are pleased to announce that work has begun on our new Australian datacentre, hosted within Amazon’s AWS facility in Sydney (region: ap-southeast-2).

This expansion is driven by the growing adoption of CloudFiler across the region, enabling us to reinvest and deliver an even better service.

For organisations working on government projects or those requiring data residency within Australia, this is great news—your data will remain securely within the region.

We expect the datacentre to be ready for testing in late-January, with full availability for both new and existing customers during Q1.
